#SecureTheBag is our financial literacy workshop that integrates key math concepts and real, raw, and relatable financial literacy knowledge.
#AHaikuForYou is our 90-minute writer's workshop focused on healthy and creative self-expression focused on the process of writing a haiku.
#FunFact S. Jae Ali is a licensed international educator who has taught in two states and on two continents around the world. She has both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education, and all workshops are ISBE and Common Core Standards aligned!

Jae's Jewels
Jae's Jewels is our 90-minute restorative, trauma-informed yoga session complete with icebreakers, affirmations, meditation, journaling, essential oils, and mindful breathing. Options for chair or Vinyasa yoga available.

The Gems Experience
Can't decide between a yoga experience or workshop? Consider our Gems Experience, a half-day (180-minute) in-house field trip with a 90-minute yoga session and a 90-minute workshop. You choose between

Mindful Movement in Schools && Classrooms
#DidYouKnow S. Jae Ali is a former global educator? Having taught in Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL, and; Zhengzhou, Henan, China, Jae brings a plethora of experience to this interactive professional development (PD). Mindful Movement is Jae's way of "Educating the Educator" to highlight the necessity of yoga and mindful breathing in schools and classrooms to promote improved academic performance, healthy self-regulation methods, and increased harmony within and throughout the school community.

Breathe, Babe
Breathe, Babe, is our 90-minute chair or Vinyasa yoga experience complete with icebreakers, meditation, journaling, affirmations, essential oils, & mindful breathing.

The Mini Experience
Y.E.S. Yoga also offers our Mini Experience, a 30-minute mindful breathing session with neck, shoulder, ankle, and wrist stretches! Ideal for those who just need a quick reset to refocus or who may simply not have the time to devote to a traditional yoga session.
